摘要
在知识经济高速发展的时代,高校应重视经济管理类本科生创新精神和创新能力的培养。基于此,介绍经管类本科生创新能力培养的重要意义,对我国经管类本科生创新能力培养的现状进行分析,最后提出强化创新教育观念、推进教学方法改革与创新、丰富创新能力培养实践活动平台、建立科学有效的激励政策和创新评价制度等对策建议。
In the era of rapid development of the knowledge economy, universities should emphasize the cultivation of creative spir- it and ability of economics and management undergraduates. In this paper, we first describe the significance of cultivating creative abil- ity of economics and management undergraduates. Subsequently we analyze the present situation of creative ability cultivation among e- conomics and management undergraduates in China. Finally, a series of suggestions and countermeasures are proposed, such as enhan- cing the concept of creativity education, strengthening the reform and innovation of teaching methods, enriching the practical platform for cultivating creative ability, and establishing scientific and effective incentive policies and creativity evaluation systems etc.
