摘要
针对沥青质在油藏、井筒和地面管线中沉积的问题,采用Eclipse和IPM软件耦合建立了油藏、井筒和地面管网一体化数值模拟模型,计算了从油藏到分离器的温度和压力分布,结合沥青质沉积包络线,准确预测了沥青质沉积位置。研究表明:利用一体化模型预测的沥青质沉积位置与实际沉积位置相对误差在3%以内。研究成果对沥青质沉积的防治及提高单井产量具有重要的指导意义。
Asphaltene generally deposits in reservoir,wellbore and surface pipeline. An integration simulation model of reservoir,wellbore and surface pipeline is established by coupling of Eclipse and IPM to calculate the distributions of temperature and pressure from reservoir to separator. The asphaltenedeposition position is accurately predicted by combining with asphaltene deposition envelope. Research shows that the predicted asphaltene deposition positions by integration simulation model are well consistent with actual deposition positions and the corresponding relative error is less than 3%.This research could provide certain guidance for the control of asphaltene deposition and enhance single-well production.
