摘要
由于气体检测系统(GDS)位于减灾层内,本质上与位于预防层内的分散控制系统(DCS)和安全仪表系统(SIS)具有完全不同的功能要求,根据IEC 61511独立保护层分级(IPL)定义的设计理念,提出了GDS应单独设置的基本原则。从设计和工程应用的角度介绍了GDS三种典型的配置方案,即火灾及气体检测系统(FGS)、基于完全完整性等级(SIL)安全认证的PLC气体检测系统、基于气体报警控制器的气体检测系统。探讨性地展望了未来GDS的主要技术特点和发展趋势。
Gas detection system (GDS) is intrinsically with different function requirement comparing to distributed control system (DCS) and safety instrumented system (SIS) in prevention layer of IPL as it is in mitigation layer of IPL. Base on design philosophy of IEC 61511 independent protection layer (IPL) definition, basic principle of GDS being independent set is put forward. Three traditional configuration schemes of GDS: fire and gas detection system (FGS), GDS based on safety PLC with SIL certification and GDS based on gas alarm control unit for petrochemical plant are presented in details in accordance with design and engineering practice. Main technical feature and trend of development for GDS in petrochemical plant in future are forecasted.
