摘要
导波雷达物位计是一种基于TDR(time domain reflectometry)的高性能测量仪器,精确测量发射脉冲与反射脉冲时间差及提高系统高分辨率是主要研究方向,目前多采用等效采样原理完成设计。论文在分析等效采样的基础上提出类等效采样,具体实现为FPGA控制AD9500产生10 ps级步进大宽度采样脉冲打开四管采样门进行采样,该方式可降低系统SI(signal integrity)设计难度及成本。仿真结果表明可以精确测量发射脉冲与反射脉冲时间差,实现高精度、高分辨率、小误差测量系统。
Transmitted wave radar level meter is a high performance measuring instrument based on TDR. Accurately measuring the time difference between transmitted pulse and reflected pulse and improving system resolution is the main research direction,and equivalent sampling principle was adopted to complete the design. Similar equivalent sampling principle was presented on the basis of equivalent sampling,the realization was FPGA with AD9500 generating 10 ps level step large width sampling pulse sequences to open four diodes sampling gate for sampling,which reduces the difficulty of SI design and cost. Simulating results show the time difference between transmitted pulse and reflected pulse can be accurately measured,and achieve high accuracy,high resolution,and small error measuring system,
