海南粗榧扦插育苗技术及苗床环境调控研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过对扦插苗床水份、光照、温度、湿度等环境因子监测,研究了海南粗榧(Cephalotaxus mannii)不同枝龄穗条、不同枝条部位取穗、不同基质、不同季节、不同生根剂及其处理对扦插生根的影响。结果表明:在海口地区秋冬季节,选取0.5-1年生健壮枝条,剪成度8-10 cm的穗条,以2 000倍ABT溶液蘸药3 min处理,插入以河沙、椰糠、红土等比例配制成的混合基质生根效果较好,生根率最高可达80.67%;日间环境因子以1月份最为理想,在4个监测月份中基质含水量、光照强度、以及空气湿度差异较小,空气温度则差异较大,气温是该区域影响扦插生根及育苗成活的关键因子。 To monitor the moisture, illumination, temperature, humidity monitoring of cuttings bed, the different branches of age, parts, matrixes, seasons, rooting agent and its treatment effect of Cephalotaxus mannii cuttings rooting were tested. Results showed that the best effect was that the 0.5 - 1 year robust branches were cut into 8 - 10 cm of the ear, dipped in 2 000 times ABT medicine solution for 3 rain, and inserted with river sand, coconut chaff, clay and other mixture in autumn and winter in Haikou area, the rooting rate was up to 80.67%. The most optimal environmental factors were in January. There were less differences in water content, light intensity and air humidity. But there was large difference in air temper- ature in the four monitoring months, the temperature was the key factor to affect the cutting root and seed- ling survival in this region.
