BEBA对丁羟推进剂界面粘接作用的研究 被引量:5

摘要 合成了聚醚类和聚酯类互联单体,并用互联单体合成了硼酸酯键合剂(BEBA)。采用反相气相色谱法,测算了AP、RDX、丁羟聚氨酯(HTPB-PU)基体和BEBA间的界面酸碱作用焓。结果显示,5种BEBA与AP、RDX的界面作用焓,均远大于HTPB-PU基体与AP、RDX、BEBA的界面作用焓,表明5种BEBA均优先吸附在AP、RDX上,以聚酯链段合成的BEBA-4更有利于吸附,并采用EDS证实了BEBA-4吸附在AP、RDX表面。通过接触角法,测算了AP、RDX吸附BEBA-4后的AP、RDX与HTPB-PU基体间的界面张力和界面粘附功。结果表明,吸附BEBA-4的AP、RDX与HTPB-PU基体间的界面张力降低,界面粘附功增加,界面粘接强度增强。BEBA用于推进剂力学性能测试和SEM观察的结果与界面粘接作用结果基本吻合,即以聚己二酸丁二醇酯为互联链段合成的BEBA-4对推进剂力学性能改善的效果最为显著。 The polyether and polyester interconnection monomers were synthesized, and the borate ester bonding agents ( BE- BAs) were synthesized using above interconnection monomers.The interface interaction enthalpies of AP, RDX, HTPB polyurethane (HTPB-PU) matrix and BEBAs were calculated using inverse gas chromatography.The results indicate that the interface interaction enthalpies of BEBAs and AP or RDX are much higher than those of HTPB-PU and AP or RDX or BEBAs,which indicates that the BEBAs are preferentially adsorbed on AP or RDX, and the polyester chain segment of BEBA-4 is more conducive to the absorption among them.The electron spectroscopy results directly prove that BEBA-4 is adsorbed on AP or RDX surface.The interfacial tension and interfacial adhesion between the fillers,the HTPB-PU matrix and the fillers coated BEBA-4 are measured using the contact an- gle method.The results indicate that the interracial tension between the fillers coated BEBA-4 and the HTPB-PU matrix is de- creased,the interfacial adhesion is increased and the interfacial bond strength is enhanced.The results from the mechanical proper- ties testing and SEM observations are greatly in accordance with conclusions from the interfacial adhesion interactions.The result shows that BEBA-4 prepared from poly( butylene adipate) can significantly improve the mechanical properties of the HTPB propel- lant.
