巷道撞楔法的力学分析与工程应用 被引量:3

Mechanical analysis and engineering application of impact wedge method for roadway

摘要 撞楔法是控制破碎围岩巷道稳定的一种常用超前支护技术,为进一步明确该技术的支护机理和参数设计,首先分析了楔子在巷道永久支护区、开挖区和未开挖区内的受力状态,基于弹性地基梁理论建立了力学模型,为该技术的应用提供了简单、实用的理论依据。其次,提出了撞楔法支护参数的系统设计方法,重点分析和量化了支护参数的取值范围,包括楔子的材质、直径、长度、间距、搭接长度、巷道开挖步距等,使支护参数的确定更为具体和可靠。最后,把研究成果成功应用到煤矿中采空区与煤柱交界处下位巷道和采空区下巷道的2个工程实例中,为破碎围岩巷道控制技术的设计提供了参考。 Impact wedge method is a common advanced support technology for stability control of roadway with fractured surrounding rock. In order to further clarify support mechanism and parameter design of the method, firstly, forced states of wedge in permanent support area, excavation area and non-excavation area were analyzed. Then mechanical model was established based on elastic foundation beam theory. This can provide simple and practical theoretical basis for application of the method. Sec- ondly, system design method was put forward, and value range of the support parameter was emphati- cally analyzed and quantified. These make determination of the support parameters more specific and reliable. Finally, research results were applied in two roadways under the juncture of gob and coal pillar, and under the gob. This can provide reference for control technology design of roadway with fractured surrounding rock.
