摘要
实践教学是应用型人才培养的关键环节。针对我院电子信息科学与技术专业现行的"3+1"模式,着重研究了以校企合作模式如何提高校内三年人才培养的的实践效果。从与企业共同制定人才培养方案、企业参与教学、企业参与实践、企业参与师资队伍培养等方面进行了介绍。由于企业百分百参与实践教学的各个环节,保证了实践教学的效果,确保了人才培养的质量。
Practical teaching is a key link in the process of information science and technology, in the current ＂3 ＋ 1＂ applied talents training. Aim at the department of electronic mode in our college, the university-enterprise cooperation mode is studied emphatically how to improve the school personnel training of the three years of practice effect. From making the plan together with the enterprises, the enterprises to participate in the teaching, the enterprise to participate in practice, enterprises to participate in the teaching staff training etc. are introduced. Because enterprise hundred participate in every link of practice teaching, guarantee the effect of the practice teaching, to ensure the quality of personnel training.
