摘要
目的观察腹腔镜辅助D2根治术治疗进展性胃癌的临床效果。方法选择2013年1月-2015年6月我院收治的进展性胃癌患者68例。观察组34例接受腹腔镜辅助D2根治术,对照组34例采用开腹D2根治术。结果观察组手术时间长于对照组,术后排气、进食时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论腹腔镜辅助D2根治术治疗进展性胃癌患者,术后恢复较快。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of laparoscopic assisted D2 radical operation in the treatment of advanced gastric cancer. Methods 68 patients with advanced gastric cancer admitted to our hospital from January 2013 to June 2015 were selected. 34 cases in the observation group received laparoscopic assisted D2 radical operation,34 cases in the control group were treated with open D2. Results The operation time of the observation group was longer than that of the control group,the postoperative exhaust and feeding time were shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Laparoscopic assisted D2 radical operation in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer postoperative recovery is faster.
