摘要
目的对宫颈癌筛查中评估标本质量的方法进行探究。方法收集标本涂片9 724张,经康乃欣巴式染色液处理后,采用肉眼观察和显微镜查看两种方式对标本涂片的质量加以评估。其中,肉眼观察主要观察标本涂片的厚度、面积;而显微镜下观察,主要观察标本涂片鳞状上皮细胞的数量、具体遮盖情况及是否存在颈管柱状上皮细胞等多项指标。结果经筛查,得出符合满意度的标本涂片占据总数的91.8%,通过抽检其中1 041张标本涂片进行镜下观察,得出符合满意度标本率为76.9%。结论宫颈癌筛查当中采用肉眼观察和显微镜下检验两种方式相结合,取样医师可快速的获得标本质量评估结果,并由此附带相应的反馈建议,对于为医生取样和涂片方法的改进具有极为重要的指导意义,能够提升涂片标本本身的质量,充分满足标本涂片质量要求。
Objective To explore the method of evaluating the quality of specimens in the screening of cervical cancer. Methods 9 724 specimens were collected and examined by naked eye and microscope after the treatment of two pieces of smear. Among them,the main observation specimen smear eye thickness and area,and under the microscope,quantity,observation of specimen smear squamous epithelium covering specific situation and the existence of endocervical columnar epithelial cells and a number of indicators. Results After screening,the 91.8% of the total number of satisfactory specimens were obtained,and 1 041 specimens were observed under the microscope,and the rate of satisfaction was 76.9%. Conclusion Cervical cancer screening by macroscopic observation and microscopic examination of the combination of the two modes,can obtain the evaluation results of physician sampling specimen quality quickly,and thus with feedback suggestions,has very important guiding significance for the improvement of the doctor for sampling and smear method,can improve the quality of the specimen itself,fully to meet the quality requirements of specimen smear.
