摘要
目的探讨医护患一体化护理模式对膀胱肿瘤患者治疗依从性及生活质量的影响。方法选取116例膀胱肿瘤患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组58例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予医护患一体化护理模式护理,干预4个月后,比较两组患者的治疗依从性、2年复发率、生存质量以及满意度。结果观察组患者依从性、综合评分及满意度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的2年复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论医护患一体化护理模式应用于膀胱肿瘤患者可以有效的提升患者的治疗依从性、生活质量以及满意度,降低患者的2年复发率。
Objective To investigate the effect of treatment compliance and quality of life of integrated nursing model on the patients with bladder cancer.Methods 116 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 58 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, the observation group was given integrated nursing model, intervention after 4 months, patients with treatment compliance, 2 year recurrence rate, quality of life and satisfaction of two groups were compared. Results The compliance rate, quality of life index and satisfaction of observation group were higher than the control group （P〈0.05）, 2 years recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Integrated nursing model was applicated in bladder tumor patients can effectively improve the treatment compliance of patients, quality of life and satisfaction, reduce the patient＇s 2 year recurrence rate.
