Gli-1、Smo蛋白在术前化疗与未化疗肺癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘要 目的为了探讨Gli-1和Smo蛋白在术前化疗和未化疗肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法通过Western Blot、RT-PCR法分别检测40例术前化疗,60例术前未化疗肺癌患者的组织及50例癌旁组织中Gli-1和Smo的蛋白和核酸水平的表达情况,并分析Gli-1和Smo蛋白在术前化疗和未化疗肺癌组织中的表达及其临床意义。结果未化疗和术前化疗缓解的肺癌组织中Gli-1和Smo的表达无论在蛋白水平还是核酸水平均明显高于癌旁正常组织;经过化疗缓解的肺癌组织标本两种蛋白的表达明显下降。结论 Sonic Hedgehog信号传导通路在肺癌中有异常激活,检测肺癌组织中Gli-1和Smo的表达水平可能为肺癌的早期诊断提供依据,此外两种蛋白可能成为监测肺癌患者病情变化和化疗反应的生物学指标。
