Effects of Different Stimuli Time of Cold Stimulation on Behaviour Index of Commercial Broilers

摘要 为研究不同冷刺激时间对肉鸡行为指标的影响,试验从22~42日龄对随机选取的120只AA商品肉鸡从冷刺激时间角度施加低温刺激,试验组(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组)冷刺激时间分别为1、3和6 h,冷刺激温度比对照组降低3℃,冷刺激结束后鸡仍然在正常的饲养温度条件下饲养。通过行为方面来鉴定肉鸡低温刺激的效果,并从中找到有益的刺激手段。行为指标主要包括趴卧、采食、站立、饮水、走动和修饰等。结果:冷刺激时间对采食和趴卧行为有显著的影响(P〈0.05),对修饰、饮水、站立和走动行为无显著影响(P〉0.05)。试验表明:冷刺激时间影响AA肉鸡的采食和趴卧行为。 To study the effect of different stimuli time of cold stimulation on behaviour index in commercial broilers, 120 AA broilers were randomly selected and given cold stimulation from 22 to 42 days of age. The stimuli time were 1,3 and 6 h. The temperature of cold stimulation was lower than control group at 3 ℃. Broilers were still reared in normal brooding conditions after stimulating test. The influence of cold stimulation on broilers were identified through detecting behaviour index. The behaviour index include lying, feeding, standing, drinking, walking and grooming. It was concluded that the time of cold stimulation had impact on the feeding and lying behaviour (P〈0.05),but had no impact on the grooming,drinking, standing and walking behaviour (P〉0.05).
