摘要 为有效地指导信息环境运行和投资决策制定,美国国防部利用顶层设计技术,发布了信息企业体系结构(department of defense information enterprise architecture,DIEA)2.0版。在跟踪研究不断演进的DIEA的基础上,总结提炼了DIEA的基本概念、主要作用、发展历程和涉及范围,详细描述了DIEA 2.0版中包含的视角、模型、参考架构和应用案例,分析了DIEA与国防部联邦企业体系结构(federation enterprise architecture,FEA)的关系,针对我军信息系统顶层设计中存在的问题,分别从体系理论、设计方法、参考资源和应用实践的角度给出了指导性的发展建议。 In order to guide the operation of information environment and investment decision making efficiently,the department of defense releases department of defense information enterprise architecture( DIEA) V2. 0 using the top-level design technology. On the basis of the tracking study on the evolving DIEA,the basic concepts,main effects,development process and involved scope of DIEA are summarized,the viewpoints,models,reference architecture and use case examples included in DIEA V2. 0 are described in detail,the relationship between federation enterprise architecture( FEA) and DIEA is analyzed. Aiming at the problems in the top-level design of our military information system,the guiding development suggestions are given from the perspective of system theory,design method,reference resource and application practice respectively.
