摘要 作为下丘脑分泌的神经内分泌激素，促性腺激素释放激素（gonadotropin releasing hormone，GnRH）在人体内的主要生理作用是与脑垂体促性腺激素分泌细胞的特异性受体结合后，促黄体生成激素（luteinizing hormone，LH）和卵泡刺激素（follicle stimulating hormone，FSH）释放，在下丘脑-垂体-性腺轴的功能调控上有重要作用。
