摘要
农村电子商务是农村生产、流通和消费与现代互联网信息技术结合而产生的一种新兴业态,是促进农业转型、农村发展、农民增收的重要手段,也是精准扶贫的重要载体,蕴含着重大的战略机遇和广阔的发展空间。当前,农村电子商务发展呈现出成长空间巨大、扶持政策利好、电商巨头抢滩、集聚集群发展的态势,也存在农村电子商务人才缺乏、农村现代物流体系薄弱、农产品电子商务标准化程度低、区域统筹协调发展难度大等问题。"十三五"乃至未来一个时期,亟须从加强人才培养,强化物流支撑,加快"三链"互动,推动转型升级等方面入手促进我国农村电子商务发展。
As the new types of business in the combination of production,circulation and Internet consumption,the rural e-commerce is playing an important role in the agricultural industrial transformation and upgrading,rural development and peasant revenue increment,is also an important carrier to take targeted measures in poverty alleviation. It contains major strategic opportunities and broad development space. Currently,it existed a huge growth room,favorable support policies,big commerce involved and cluster development in rural e-commerce. As well as it existed the lack of e-commerce talents,rural modern logistics system,agricultural product standardization,and regional co-ordination development. Therefore,the main path of rural e-commerce is to strengthen e-commerce personnel training,to strengthen logistics support,to accelerate the " three-chain" interaction,and to promote the agricultural transformation and upgrading.
