摘要
目的观察针刀整体松解术对家兔膝骨性关节炎关节液肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白介素-6(IL-6)的影响。方法将40只日本大耳白兔按照随机、对照、均衡的原则,分为空白对照组10只、造模30只。确定造模成功后,将30只大耳白兔随机分为模型对照组、玻璃酸钠治疗组、针刀治疗组,每组各10只。空白对照组和模型对照组自然饲养,不作任何处理。玻璃酸钠对照组采用玻璃酸钠注射治疗;针刀治疗组采用针刀整体松解术治疗。结果治疗后,与空白对照组比较,模型对照组中TNF-a、IL-6含量升高,经统计学处理,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);与模型对照组比较,玻璃酸钠组、针刀治疗组中TNF-a、IL-6含量降低,差异有极显著性意义(P<0.01);与玻璃酸钠对照组比较,针刀治疗组TNF-a、IL-6含量降低更明显,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针刀整体松解术治疗可有效降低KOA关节软骨中TNF-α、IL-6的含量,减少炎症因子,调控关节软骨细胞外基质的降解,延缓软骨退变,可能是其治疗KOA的作用机制之一。
Objective To observe the effects of overall acupunctomy lysis on synovial fluid TNF- α,Il- 6 of osteoarthritis rabbits.Methods 40 Japanese white rabbits were randomly divided into 2 groups,10 in blank group,30 in model group. After successful modeling,model group were randomly divided into model control group,sodium hyaluronate treatment group,acupunctomy therapy group,10 in each group. The blank group and model group were given natural feeding,without any treatment. The sodium hyaluronate group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injections; the acupunctomy therapy group was treated with overall acupunctomy lysis treatment. Results After treatment,compared with the blank group,TNF- a,IL- 6 levels in model group increase statistically,the differences were significant( P〈0. 01); compared with model group,TNF- a,IL- 6 in sodium hyaluronate group and acupunctomy therapy group reduced,the differences were significant( P〈0. 01); compared with sodium hyaluronate group,TNF- a,IL- 6 in acupunctomy therapy group reduced significantly,the differences were statistically significant( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Overall acupunctomy lysis therapy can effectively reduce TNF- α,IL- 6 content of KOA articular cartilage,reduce inflammatory cytokines,regulate articular cartilage extracellular matrix degradation and delay the cartilage degeneration,it may be one of its mechanism of treating KOA.
