摘要
目的探讨芪参益气滴丸在经皮冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后应用对炎症因子水平的影响。方法将72例患者随机分为两组,均接受PCI治疗,对照组在围术期给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗基础上加芪参益气滴丸,对两组患者治疗后炎症因子水平、心脏不良事件、中医症状积分等进行观察。结果治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后7d治疗组超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)与白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)等炎症指标水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗6个月治疗组中医症状积分及血瘀证积分均低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组术后心脏不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论芪参益气滴丸能有效控制PCI术后近期炎症因子水平,从而降低心脏不良事件发生,缓解患者症状,利于改善预后,值得推广。
Objective To study the effects of Qishen Yiqi dropplet on percutaneous coronary intervention（ PCI） postoperative inflammatory sytokines levels. Methods 72 cases of coronary heart disease patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 cases in each group,both group received PCI treatment,control group was given routine therapy in the periperatove period,treatment group received Qishen Yiqi dropplet on the basis of control group,observe the inflammatory factor levels,adverse cardiac events and Chinese medicine symptom integral of both groups. Results The hs CRP and IL- 6,TNF- α inflammation indexes of observation group were significantly lower than those of control group with statistically significant difference（ P〈0. 05）; the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Traditional Chinese medicine symptom integral and blood stasis syndrome integral of treatment group were lower than those of control group（ P〈0. 05）,the occurence of adverse of treatment group were lower than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Qishen Yiqi dropplet can effectively control the PCI postoperative inflammatory factors level to reduce cardiac adverse events,relieve symptoms and improve the prognosis,it is worthy of promoting.
