摘要
为了改良草坪土壤,有效利用菇渣资源,以覆盖(F)和混合(H)方式将双孢蘑菇菇渣施入到田间土壤种植早熟禾草坪,比较两种处理对坪床土壤理化性状、微生物多样性及草坪生长的影响.结果表明,菇渣使坪床土壤p H值降低,电导率(EC)升高,容重减小,总孔隙度增大,持水孔隙增大,显著增加坪床土壤的含氮量,F和H处理含氮量分别比对照高出约9倍和4倍;施入菇渣显著增加土壤的脲酶活性,高出对照约2倍,F处理对酶活性的提高更显著;菇渣还能够增加草坪根际土壤细菌群落多样性,F处理的细菌多样性更丰富.相关性分析表明,细菌多样性与土壤脲酶、磷酸酶活及理化性质之间显著相关.施入菇渣可以增加草坪生物量,H处理的草坪表现更优,地上、地下干重分别比对照高49%和39%.综上,双孢蘑菇菇渣能够改善坪床土壤,促进草坪生长,在草坪应用中推荐使用混合施入方式.
To improve the quality of lawn soil,spent mushroom(Agaricus bisporus) compost was used as grass(Poa annua) growth media by treatments of mulching(F) and blending(H).Quality of lawn soil and grass were evaluated.The results showed a lower p H value,higher EC value,lower soil bulk density,higher total porosity and water-holding porosity in the soil of test groups.Both treatments significantly enhanced the nitrogen content of soil,to 9 times higher than CK in F and 4 times in H.Urease activity was also significantly enhanced to 2 times higher than CK in both F and H.Furthermore,the bacterial community diversity was also enriched,especially by F treatment.Correlation analysis showed a significant correlation between bacterial diversity and soil urease,phosphatase activity or physicochemical properties.Above and underground biomass of test groups were higher than control groups,with dry weight of H 49% and 39% respectively higher than that of the control.The results indicated that spent mushroom compost could improve rootzone soil quality and promote the growth of grass,especially applied in blending method.
