摘要
目的研究经皮双头加压空心钉在治疗内踝骨折中的临床效果。方法随机选择我院骨科于2013年1月至2015年1月间收治的内踝骨折患者76例为研究对象,将其按治疗方式分为治疗组40例与对照组36例,给予对照组患者常规闭合复位杉树皮小夹板外固定术,给予治疗组患者经皮双头加压空心钉内固定治疗,对两组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、并发症发生率、踝关节功能优良率等进行对比研究。结果两组患者的手术时间无统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组患者的骨折愈合时间显著短于对照组,并发症发生率显著低于对照组(5.0%vs.25.0%),踝关节功能优良率显著高于对照组(95.0%vs.77.8%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在内踝骨折的临床治疗中,应用经皮双头加压空心钉内固定术治疗的效果显著,有助于促进患者骨折端的尽快愈合,减少术后并发症,提高踝关节功能评分,具有重要的临床应用价值。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of percutaneous double pressurized hollow screw in the treatment of medial malleolus fracture. Methods A total of 76 cases of patients with medial malleolus fracture admitted to our department from January 2013 to January 2015 were randomly selected. According to the treatment methods, all cases were divided into the treatment group (n = 40) and the control group (n = 36). The control group was given routine closed reduction and external fixation with fir bark splint, while the treatment group was given internal fixation with percutaneous double pressurized hollow screw. The differences between two groups in the operation time, healing time of fracture, incidence of complications, excellent and good rate of ankle joint function were analyzed. Results No statistical difference was found between two groups in the operation time (P 〉0.05). The healing time of fracture of treatment group was significantly shorter than that of control group, the incidence of complications was significantly lower than that of control group (5.0% vs. 25.0%), and the excellent and good rate of ankle joint function was significantly higher than that of control group (95.0% vs. 77.8%), with statistical differences (all P 〈0.05). Conclusions The application of percutaneous double pressurized hollow screw for internal fixation in the treatment of medial malleolus fracture has significant curative effect, which can help to promote the quick healing of fracture ends, reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, and improve the score of ankle joint function. It has important clinical application value.
