摘要
目的探讨在护理工作中应用护理层级管理的价值。方法 2014年3月至2014年12月,选取我院116名护士随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组进行护理工作的常规管理,观察组在此基础上实施护理层级管理。对比两组的护理质量评分和患者对两组护理服务的满意度。结果与对照组相比,观察组的各项护理质量评分明显较高,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05);患者对观察组护理服务的满意度为96.0%,对对照组护理服务的满意度为82.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在护理工作中应用护理层级管理可以有效地提高护理质量和患者对于临床护理服务的满意度。
Objective To discuss the value of nursing-level management in nursing work. Methods From March 2014 to December 2014, a total of 116 cases of nurses in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The control group received regular management for nursing, while the observation group received nursing-level management on the basis of regular nursing management. The scores of nursing quality, and patients' satisfaction to nursing were compared between two groups. Results The scores of indicators of nursing quality of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (all P 〈0.05). Patients' satisfaction degree to nursing of observation group was 96.0%, significantly higher than 82.0% of control group (P 〈0.05). Conclusions The application of nursing-level management in nursing work can effectively improve the quality of nursing and patients' satisfaction degree to nursing.
