摘要
目的评价基于微信的案例教学法在护理学基础课程中的应用效果。方法抽取船山学院2013级132名护理本科生为试验组,2012级130名护理本科生为对照组。对照组采用传统教学方法,试验组采用基于微信的案例教学法。课程结束后,采用理论和技能考核以及问卷调查评价教学效果。结果试验组学生理论和技能考试成绩优于对照组(P<0.01);且试验组学生对该教学法评价良好。结论基于微信的案例教学法应用于护理学基础教学中,取得了良好的效果,值得在教学中推广。
Objective To evaluate the application effects of case teaching method based on WeChat in the teaching of Fundamental Nursing. Methods One hundred and thirty-two undergraduate nursing students in the class of 2013 in Chuanshan School were recruited as the experimental group,one hundred and thirty undergraduate nursing students in the class of 2012 in Chuanshan School were selected as the control group. The control group were used the traditional teaching method,while the experimental group were used case teaching method based on WeChat. The teaching outcomes were evaluate using theory exam and skills test and questionaire survey. Results Test scores of the theory and skills of students in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P〈.01). The experimental group had a positive attitude to case teaching based on WeChat. Conclusion The method of case teaching based on WeChat has achieved good results in the course of Fundamental Nursing. It is worth to be popularized in teaching.
