摘要
目的观察雷公藤多苷联合香丹注射液治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎的疗效。方法选取80例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患儿,随机分为治疗组与对照组,各40例,2组均给予常规综合治疗,对照组加用雷公藤多苷片,治疗组在对照组用药基础上加用香丹注射液,对比2组免疫功能、凝血功能改善情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗组尿红细胞计数、24 h尿蛋白定量、β2微球蛋白、尿微量白蛋白水平改善情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05),总有效率为95.0%,明显高于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);治疗组中医证候积分下降程度和对照组相比更为明显(P<0.05),总有效率为100%,明显高于对照组的77.5%(P<0.05);2组Ig A、Ig G、Ig M水平较治疗前均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组Ig A、Ig G水平下降程度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);2组PLT、PT、APTT、FIB水平与治疗前相比明显降低,且治疗组降低程度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论雷公藤多苷联合香丹注射液治疗小儿过敏性紫癜性肾炎可明显改善患儿免疫功能,具有较强的抗凝作用。
Objective Observation of Tripterygium wilfordii glycosides combined with Xiangdan injection in the treatment of children with allergic purpura nephritis curative effect,further analysis of its mechanism of action. Methods Forward-looking selected pediatric January 2013 and 2015 in January in our hospital during the period of 80 cases of allergic purpura nephritis in children by throwing a coin method will be divided into two groups,40 cases in each group,two groups of children were given routine treatment,the control group was treated with Tripterygium Glycosides tablet,the treatment group in the control group with drugs based on with Xiangdan injection,the contrast immune function of two groups of patients,blood coagulation function improved and the clinical effect. Results The treatment group in urine red blood cell count,24 h urinary protein,beta 2 microglobulin,urinary albumin levels improved significantly better than the control group（ P 0. 05）,the total efficiency of 95% was significantly higher than the control group 72. 50%（ P〈0. 05）; patients in the treatment group symptom scores decreased significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）,the total efficiency of 100% was significantly higher than the control group 77. 50%（ P〈 0. 05）; two patients in group Ig A,Ig G,Ig M level decreased（ P〈0. 05）,Ig A treatment group,Ig G levels decreasedsignificantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）; the two group with PLT,PT,APTT,FIB level decreased,the treatment group decreased significantly better than the control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion Tripterygium glycosides combined with Xiangdan injection in the treatment of children allergic purpura nephritis can improve the immune function of patients,with strong anticoagulant effect.
