摘要 目的通过对全科医师进行PBL教学模式的培养,调查其有效度,以检测住培工作的管理效果,促进我省住院医师规范化培训工作的顺利进行。方法采用整群抽样法,选取吉林大学三家附属医院,分别为吉林大学第一医院、吉林大学第二医院和吉林大学中日联谊医院2015级共100名全科专业的住院医师作为研究对象,并对其进行问卷调查。结果人口社会学资料中,以24~26岁学员居多,本科学历的学员为主,95%的全科医师为单位人,具有执业医师资格证的学员仅占8%。通过采用PBL教学模式,学员认为"注重医德建设的能力"此项培训效果最高(占90.1%),培训效果最低的一项是"培养学员临床思维和独立工作能力"(占66.7%)。结论通过采用PBL教学培养模式,全科医师的各方面能力均得到提高,说明三家医院的住院医师规范化管理取得了较好成效,推进了基地住培管理工作的进程。 Objective Through the study of the PBL teaching mode of general practitioner training,investigating the effective degrees,to detect living culture work management effect,promote our province resident standardization training work smoothly. Methods Using cluster sampling method,select three affiliated hospital of Jilin university,Jilin university respectively,the second hospital of Jilin university and Jilin university,the first hospital,China-japan fellowship hospital grade 2015,100 and three general professional medical residents as the research object,and carries on the questionnaire survey. Results In the sociology of population data,in the majority with 24-26 years old,bachelor degree students,95% of people in general practitioner as the unit,has the qualification of students accounted for only8% of professional physicians. By adopting PBL teaching mode,students think that "pay attention to the ability of medical ethics construction"the training effect is the highest( 90. 1%),the training effect is the lowest one was "training students' ability of clinical thinking and independent work"( 66. 7%). Conclusion By adopting PBL teaching mode,the general practitioner's various aspects ability are improved,and illustrates three hospitals resident standardization management obtains a nice effect,promote the process of base in management of work.
