摘要 目的探索新媒体在健康传播中的应用现状、面临的挑战及发展趋势,为今后健康教育工作的开展提供参考。方法使用定性研究的方法,选择上海市黄浦区医疗机构的健康教育工作人员、社区居民、中学生、教师及媒体从业者共34人开展小组访谈。结果 34名受访者中,5名(14.7%)社区居民不会使用新媒体获取健康知识,其余访谈对象更愿意通过新媒体获取健康知识,但是仅有4人(11.8%)愿意为此付费;85.3%的访谈对象认为新媒体健康传播的主要优势是传播迅速、使用方便、交互性强、性价比高等,主要劣势是权威性、准确性不高;91.2%的访谈对象认为目前的健康教育还是原有的传播模式、传播手段,已经难以适应社会的发展;55.9%的访谈对象认为人才缺乏是制约新媒体健康传播发展的主要因素。结论通过新媒体开展健康知识传播是健康教育的重要途径。 Objective To explore the application, challenge and developing trend of new medias used in health communication, and provide beneficial experience for health education work. Methods With the methods of qualitative inves- tigation, 34 health education workers, community residents, middle school students, teachers and media practitioners were recruited from Huangpu District, Shanghai City. And information about health education of new medias were collected by focus- group discussion. Results There were 5 (14. 7% ) community residents who did not get health knowledge by using new media, other interviewees preferred to get health knowledge by using new media, but opJy 4 ( 11.8% ) interviewees were willing to pay for it. 85.3% of the interviewees believed that the main advantage of new mediasin health communication was- spread rapidly, easy to use, strong interactivity, higher cost-effective, and so on. The disadvantage of new media in health communication was lower in authority and accuracy. 91.2% of the interviewees believed that current health education was only used old methods. 55.9% of the interviewees thought that the lack of talent was the main issue that restricted the development of new medias inhealth communication. Conclusion It is an important way of health communication by using new medias.
