摘要
曝气生物滤池法是处理石油化工废水的一种有效方法,由于曝气过程的时变性和滞后性等特点,易造成DO浓度控制精度低,降低污水处理的效率,增加处理过程的能耗。从节能增效与稳定曝气角度考虑,结合管网气压和流量对DO的影响,提出了一种曝气过程的模糊控制方法,以双闭环串级回路调节实现总管氧气压力恒定的同时,采用基于可编程控制器的模糊控制方法调节鼓风曝气量,保证曝气池内DO的稳定性,经试验验证,DO质量浓度的控制精度可达±0.1 mg/L,系统节能约26%。
BAF is an effective method for processing petrochemical wastewater, due to degeneration and hysteresis characteristics of the aeration process. It would lead to low dissolved oxygen concentration control accuracy, reduce the efficiency of wastewater treatment and increase the consumption. Controlling the dissolved oxygen (DO) concentration is important in chemical sewage treatment, which is related to the efficiency and the cost of sewage treatment. Considering energy-saving and steady aeration, a fuzzy control method was introduced in aeration process. The double close-loop control to ensure a constant oxygen pressure manifold was applied with the fuzzy control method, which is based on the programmable control logic is adopted in DO stability control of aeration tank. After verification by experiment, the control precision could reach ± 0.1 mg/L, energy saving is about 26%.
