摘要
采用凝胶注模成型和无压烧结工艺分别制备了BNp/Si_3N_4和BNw/Si_3N_4多孔复合透波材料。采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪和矢量网络分析仪等仪器检测了两种材料的微观形貌、物相组成和介电常数等性能,并对其性能进行对比分析。结果表明:与BNp/Si_3N_4多孔复合透波材料相比,BNw/Si_3N_4多孔复合透波材料具有更佳的力学性能和介电性能。
BNp/Si3N4 and BNw/Si3N4 porous wave-transparent composite materials was prepared by gel casting and pressureless sintering, respectively. Scanning electron microscope, X-ray diffractometer and vector network analyzer were used to test microstructure, phase corn-position and dielectric constant of the two materials, meanwhile. The properties were analyzed and compared. The results show that BNw/Si3N4 porous wave-transparent cornposite has better mechanical property and dielectric property, compared with BNp/Si3N4 porous wave-transparent composite.
