摘要
目的:探讨手外伤患者术后中医特色护理方法。方法:对186例患者给予情志护理、饮食护理、症状护理功能锻炼中药熏蒸等中医特色护理。结果:186例患者关节功能全部恢复正常,无并发症发生。结论:情志护理、饮食护理、症状护理及功能锻炼、中药熏蒸等中医特色护理可改善关节功能,减少并发症。
Objective： To investigate TCM-featured nursing method for the patients after the surgery of hand injuries. Methods： All 186 patients accepted TCM-featured nursing including emotional care, diet care, symptom care, functional exercise and herbal fumigation. Results： Joint functions of all the patients restored to normal, and no complication happened. Conclusion： TCM-featured nursing including emotional care, diet care, symptom care, functional exercise and herbal fumigation could improve joint function and reduce the complications.
