摘要
食用菌调味料具有食用方便、天然、健康等优势,越来越被人们追逐和喜爱,食用菌调味料开发是目前食用菌食品研究领域研究的热点和重要领域。本文综述了食用菌调味料的开发研究现状,并对其开发前景进行了展望。
Edible fungi seasoning,which has advantages including convenience,natural,and healthy,is chased and loved by more and more people. At present,the development of edible fungi seasoning has been becoming important area of edible fungi seasoning research. The development and research status was reviewed,and the development of edible fungi seasoning was prospected.
