摘要
基于大量国内外文献,围绕食物损失与浪费的概念、测算方法、原因、影响等方面的研究进展进行综述,并梳理中国在食物损失与浪费方面的研究现状,发现我国相关研究缺乏,且仅有的研究呈现出细碎化、局部化、笼统化的特征,缺乏对食物链上各环节食物损失与浪费的系统研究。最后,总结我国亟待采取的减少食物损失和浪费的措施,并对减少食物损失和浪费的技术管理措施和政策措施提出相关建议。
By reviewing lots of foreign literatures,this paper summarized the definition,assessment methods,causes,and impacts of food loss and waste. Results Showed that the food loss and waste research was scarce in China,the limited related researches in China were fragmental and ambiguous,and the systematic research on the food loss and waste along the whole food chain was extremely lacking. At last,this paper summed up the policies and actions China needed to take to reduce food loss and waste,and put forward recommendations both on techinical management measures and policy measures of food loss and waste.
