摘要
2016年,天津口岸检疫人员从美国进境饲用苜蓿草中发现一种滑刃属线虫,通过形态学特征、形态测计值以及核糖体28S r RNA-D2/D3区与ITS区核酸序列比对和系统进化分析,最终确定为我国检疫性有害生物菊花滑刃线虫(Aphelenchoides ritzemabosi)。从进境饲用苜蓿草中截获该线虫为全国口岸首次。
In 2016,a nematode isolate of Aphelenchoides was intercepted in Medicago sativa imported from USA in Tianjin seaport. Based on the morphological characteristics and measurements and DNA sequence analysis of ribosomal 28S rRNA-D2/D3 and ITS regions,it was identified as A.ritzemabosi (Schwartz,1911) Steiner & Buhrer, 1932 which is in the quarantine pest list of China. This is the first report for interception of A. ritzemabosi in Medicago sativa.
