庆深气田耐蚀材质抗应力腐蚀开裂性能室内评价

Laboratory Evaluation on Stress Corrosion Cracking Resistance of Corrosion Resistant Materials in Qingshen Gas Field

摘要 针对庆深气田集气站加热炉换热盘管材质高温、高含CO_2和Cl^-的典型工况条件,对13Cr不锈钢、316L奥氏体不锈钢和2205双相不锈钢三种材质进行了抗应力腐蚀开裂性能室内评价实验,明确了实验材质腐蚀的主要类型以及腐蚀形成与温度、CO_2分压和Cl^-浓度的相关性。实验结果表明,13Cr不锈钢可以作为庆深气田地面系统中分离器、脱水装置等关键设备的选材;316L不锈钢不宜作为加热炉的材质,但是可以应用于分离器、脱水装置、脱碳装置等设备;2205双相不锈钢可用于庆深气田加热炉换热盘管中。 In the light of the typical working conditions of high temperature,high CO_2 and Cl- content in the heat coil materials of the gas heating furnace in Qingshen gas field,laboratory experiments are conducted to evaluate the anti-stress corrosion cracking performance of three different steels which are 13 Cr stainless steel,316 L austenitic stainless steel and 2205 duplex stainless steel.The main types of corrosion of the test materials are defined,and the relationship between the formation of corrosion and temperature,CO_2 partial pressure and Cl- is identified.The results show that 13 Cr stainless steel can be used as a key material in separator or dehydration devices in the ground system of Qingshen gas field;316L austenitic stainless steel is not proper to be used as the material of heating furnace,but can be used in separator,dehydration devices or decarbonization devices,etc.;2205 duplex stainless steel can be used in the heat exchange coil of of Qingshen gas field.
