摘要
板形仪测量辊有多个测量区,每个测量区等角度嵌有多个传感器用于测量带材的受压状况。采用接触式连接的板形仪无法避免摩擦和磨损造成的波动和干扰,出产的带材质量低、品质差。基于无线传输的板形仪采用无线模块,可以有效地解决摩擦磨损问题。这套适用于板形仪的信号处理系统前端由调理电路实现整流、滤波、解调和放大,再通过多个单片机主从式并行工作实现信号的传输和处理。上位机负责信号的最终处理,实现板形仪工作时的可视化监视。经实验验证,本系统能够实现信号的无线传输和处理,出产的带材品质也有一定程度的提高。
The flatness measurement roller has a plurality of measurement zones, each measuring zone equal angle is embedded with a plurality of sensors for measuring pressure status strip. Using the contact connector plate-shaped instrument can not avoid friction and fluctuation and interference caused by wear and tear, the strip produced by this device is of low quality and poor quality. The shapemeter based on wireless transmission using wireless module can effectively solve the problem of friction and wear. This signal processing system front-end of the shapemeter achieves the rectification,filtering,demodulation and amplification by the conditioning circuit. Then the signal transmission and processing is achieved by using multiple single microcomputer in parallel operation. The host computer is responsible for the final processing of the signal,and the visual monitoring of the shapemeter is realized. The experiment results prove that the system can achieve wireless transmission and processing of signals,so the strip quality also has a certain degree of improvement.
