摘要 复杂砂岩油藏分注有效的前提条件是封隔器密封,所以检验封隔器是否密封是分注井管理的一项重要工作。目前比较先进的是双压力曲线测试法,但是该方法使用机械密封原理,对测试不密封的井,只能得出封隔器可能不密封的结论,而不能肯定封隔器不密封。利用相关流量追踪注入水流向的原理,提出相关流量测试验封法。该技术从2014年矿场运用以来,进行数十口分注井测试,实现了验封和吸水剖面一体化测试,施工简便、资料可靠,为分注效果分析提供了一种可靠的方法。 The prerequisite for effective layered water injection to complex sandstone reservoir is packer seal,so checking whether the packer is seal or not is an important management work of layered injection well. At present,the more advanced method is the double pressure curve test,because of using mechanical seal principle for it,the conclusion that packer may not seal is concluded to no sealed wells by testing way,not be sure that the packer is not sealed. Using the principle of tracking injected water flowing direction by relevant flow,the relevant flow test method is put forward. This technology has been applied in tens of wells for separate injection test since 2014,realizing integration of the inspection seal and injection profile testing,whose operation is simple and data is reliable which provides a reliable method for analysis of separate injection effect.
