7种砧木对克瑞森无核葡萄生长及产量品质的影响 被引量:15

摘要 【目的】研究砧木对克瑞森无核葡萄生长和产量品质的影响,为选择优良砧木提供科学依据。【方法】以7种不同砧木嫁接的3年生克瑞森无核葡萄为研究对象,调查不同砧穗组合的生长、结实、成熟期和产量情况,测定果实色差、粒重、可溶性固形物、p H值、可滴定酸等品质指标。【结果】克瑞森无核葡萄砧木嫁接苗的生长、产量和果实品质均显著或极显著高于自根苗。不同砧木嫁接对克瑞森无核葡萄生长、成熟期和产量有不同的影响,其中以110R和SO4砧木更利于克瑞森无核葡萄枝条的生长;110R、101-14MG和SO4能大大增加克瑞森无核葡萄的产量;101-14MG和SO4砧木嫁接更能促进克瑞森无核葡萄早熟,使其果实提前成熟16d。不同砧木对克瑞森无核葡萄的果实品质影响有所不同,其中以SO4为砧木嫁接的果实粒重最大,果实着色最好;以101-14MG砧木嫁接的果实可溶性固形物含量最高;以5BB砧木嫁接的果实p H值最高;贝达砧木嫁接的果实可滴定酸含量最高;以SO4为砧木嫁接的果实固酸比最高。【结论】以SO4为砧木嫁接的克瑞森无核葡萄具有成熟期早、产量高、着色好、可溶性固形物含量高等优点,是7个砧木品种中最佳适宜克瑞森无核葡萄的优良砧木。 【Objective】In order to provide scientific evidences for selecting fine rootstock by exploring the effects of rootstocks on growth,yield and quality of Crimson Seedless grapes.【Method】Taking seven different grape rootstocks grafted on 3 years of Crimson Seedless as the research objects,through investigating different anvil ear combination growth,seeding,mature period and yield situation to measure such indexes as the fruit color,the grain weight,the soluble solids,p H value,the titratable acid qualities indexes.【Result】The results showed that the growth,yield and fruit qualities of Crimson seedless by rootstocks grafting were significantly or extremely significantly higher than those of the self-rooted. Different rootstocks grafted on growth,mature period and yield of Crimson Seedless had different influences. Among them,110 R and SO4 were more conducive to the growth of Crimson seedless grape branches; 110 R,101-14 MG and SO4 could greatly increase the yield of Crimson seedless grapes,101-14 MG and SO4 root stock grafting could promote the early maturity of Crimson seedless,making the fruit mature 16 days earlier. Different rootstocks have different effects on the fruit quality of Crimson seedless,among which,the fruit grain weight of SO4 was the largest,and the fruit coloring was the best. The highest of soluble solid content was 101-14 MG grafting,the highest p H value and titratable acid content respectively were 5BB and Bata grafting,and the highest of TSS-acid ratio was SO4 grafting.【Conclusion】As for the rootstock grafting,SO4 has many merits,which are early maturity,high yield,good color,high soluble solids content in Crimson seedless grapes. It is the best suitable variety in seven varieties of rootstock.
