摘要
随着征信应用领域的不断扩大,社会公众对自身信用权益的重视,征信投诉呈逐年上升状态,人民银行作为征信监管部门,因法律制度不清、处理方式不当等问题面临一定的法律风险。基层人民银行应当依法行政,落实《征信业管理条例》等法律法规,妥善解决征信投诉中客户纠纷,切实维护信息主体权益。
With continuous expansion of credit reporting application and the public ' s attention to the rights and interests of their own credit, credit reporting complaints have increased year by year. The People' s Bank of China as credit reporting supervision department, are facing some legal risks because of such problems as unclear legal systems and improper handling modes. It' s necessary for the People' s Bank of China to act according to the laws, implement the Regulation on the Administration of Credit Investigation Industry and other laws and regulations, properly resolve customer disputes in the credit reporting complaints, and earnestly safeguard the interests of the information subjects.
