摘要
主要研究了R417A在喷气增焓空气源热泵系统中的替代应用,重点分析了低温工况下R417A替代R22的可行性。对标准工况、冬季工况、低温工况的性能参数测试和数据分析的结果表明:对于循环加热式热泵系统,将水箱水温加热到55℃时,R417A系统的最高排气温度分别比R22低4.5%、8.4%和12.5%;随着环境工况的降低,R417A系统的加热时间越接近R22系统的加热时间,因此,环境温度越低,R417A替代R22的可行性越明显。
The alternative application of R417 A in enhanced vapor injection air source heat pump was mainly studied.The feasibility of R417 A instead of R22 under the low temperature conditions was mainly analyzed. Through the performance parameters and data analysis of standard conditions and winter conditions,low temperature condition testing,the results showed that,for the cyclic heating of the heat pump system,when the water temperature was heated to55℃,the highest exhaust temperatures of R417 A system were lower than that of R22 system by 4. 5%,8. 4% and 12.5% respectively; with environment temperature reduced,the heating time of R417 A system was closer to that of the R22 system. Therefore,the environment temperature was lower,the feasibility of R417 A instead of R22 was more obvious.
