摘要
目的:对我市某三级甲等医院手术室护士的压力状况进行调查并分析原因,为管理者采取针对性措施减轻手术室护士压力提供依据。方法:应用一般人口学问卷以及护士工作压力源量表对我市某三甲医院56名手术室护士的压力源进行调查分析。结果:手术室护士工作压力较大的维度依次是时间分配及工作量问题、安全问题、护理专业及工作方面问题,各维度比较差异显著(P〈0.05);工作年限、职称是引起手术室护理工作压力的独立影响因素(OR=4.621~6.376,P〈0.05)。结论:手术室护士压力来源广泛,其工作压力与工作年限、职称有关,应针对护士的不同特点采取针对性的减压措施。
[Objective]To investigate nurses' stress in operating rooms of a 3A hospital in our city and analyze related reasons to provide basis for managers to take targeted measures to reduce the pressure of operating room nurses. [Method]The pressure sources of 56 nurses in the operation room of a 3A hospital in our city were investigated and analyzed by using the general population learning volume and nurses' working pressure source scale. [Result]The larger dimensions of pressureof nursesin operation room work were time allocation,workload,safety,nursing profession and working problem. There were significant differences in each dimension( P 〈0. 05). The working experience,professional title were the independent factors that cause the pressure( OR = 4. 621 ~ 6. 376,P〈 0. 05). [Conclusion] Pressure sources are wide for nurses in operation rooms,whose working pressure are related with working years and professional titles.Therefore,according to the different characteristics of nurses,corresponding measures should be taken.
