青岛胶州市部分小学老师牙外伤知识和处理方法的调查 被引量：5

摘要 学龄期儿童活泼好动,易发生牙外伤。在牙外伤中,完全脱位占1%-16%,7-11岁为发生高峰,且上颌中切牙最易累及。牙外伤发生后及时恰当的处理是决定预后的重要因素,尤其是牙完全脱位。牙完全脱位最好的治疗方式是将清洁的牙即刻再植;当即刻再植不能实现时,牙脱出口腔时间、清洁方法以及存储介质等对治疗和预后有非常重要的作用。因此,家长和老师掌握牙外伤急救知识非常重要。
