摘要
作为涂料中的重要组成部分,颜料本身的性能对涂料的功能产生重要影响。复合无机颜料是近年来兴起的高性能颜料,应用在涂料中可以起到降温节能、耐久性好、保色性好等作用。从复合无机颜料的基本性能和显色机理出发,综述了复合无机颜料的主要制备机理、方法及国内外相关现状,总结了复合无机颜料在节能涂料、红外隐身涂料和耐高温涂料中的应用。
As an important part of the coatings,the performance of pigments has an important influence on the properties of the coatings. Complex inorganic pigments,which has been popular in recent years,can play a role of cooling and energy saving,long durability,good color retention and so on when applied to the coatings. This article proceeded from the basic principle of complex inorganic pigmentcs mechanism of color presentation,the preparation mechanism of the complex inorganic pigments,the preparation methods and the rencent corresponding research progress were briefly introduced. In the end,the complex inorganic pigments applications in energy saving coating,infrared stealth coating and high temperature resistance coating were also summarized.
