摘要
目的探讨对临床护士进行系统化科研培训的方法与效果。方法 2014年10月,采用便利抽样法选择参加上海交通大学护理学院举办的《护理课题申报与实施》学习班的52名临床护士为研究对象,对其进行为期5 d的系统化科研培训,比较其培训前、后的科研产出、创新行为的变化等。结果培训后护士的科研成果产出有所增加,创新行为总分由(2.45土0.704)提升到(2.93±0.659),各维度得分均有所增加(均P<0.05)。结论系统化的科研培训可明显提高临床护士的科研能力和创新行为。
Objective To discuss the method and effect of systematic scientific research training on clinical nurses. Methods By using convenience sampling method, 52 clinical nurses were selected and received 5 days of systematic scientific research training. The research outcomes and innovation behavior before and after training were compared.Results The research outcomes of nurses were improved after training, the innovation behavior score increased from (2.45 ± 0. 704) to (2.93±0. 659). The scores of each dimension were all increased (all P〈0.05).Conclusions The systematic scientific research training can significantly improve nurses" abilities and innovative behavior.
