承钢连铸板坯结晶器液压振动控制系统改进

摘要 介绍了连铸机结晶器液压振动控制系统及其在实际生产中存在的问题。根据生产实际环境和要求,对液压振动系统的自动控制方法做了改进。针对结晶器振动现场环境非常恶劣的情况,对伺服阀、位移传感器和电缆航空插头等外部设备进行技术改造。解决了液压振动系统受外界因素影响出现振动偏差大或严重的震荡现象,保证了连铸机的正常连续生产。 It is introduced the hydraulic vibration control system of continuous casting slab mold, as well as its problem in actual production. The automatic control method for this system is improved according to the actual production environment and demand: against to the very bad site environment, the external equipments such as servo valve, displacement transducer and aviation connector are reformed, the problems in hydraulic vibration system like large vibration error or serious shocking are solved, the normal continuous production of caster is guaranteed.
