摘要
针对电信运营商在业务运营中面临的诸多问题,如终端连接不可靠、网络被管道化、业务烟囱式发展等,通过对终端、网络和应用的协同架构进行研究分析,并结合现网实践,总结出"云"、"管"、"端"的协同体系可提升电信运营商的用户体验、管道价值和运营收入,并可实现未来的业务转型。
In the face of problems of telecom operation like unreliable connection of terminals, piped network, chimneystyle of business development, and etc., the paper researched and analyzed on coordination architecture of telecom terminals, network and service, concluded with regard to practices that coordination system of "cloud", "pipe" and "terminal" could improve customers' experience, value of telecommunication pipe and telecom incomes. It can also support the transformation of telecom operators' business.
