摘要
目的探讨临床路径式教学在心血管介入医师培训中的应用。方法从参加心血管疾病介入诊疗培训项目的医师中选取40例为研究对象,随机分为采用临床路径教学法进行介入培训的临床路径组和采用常规方法进行培训的常规教学组,对比分析两组医师对心血管疾病基础理论、技能操作等的掌握程度。结果临床路径组的医师的基础理论和技能操作考核均优于常规教学组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。临床路径式教学法与常规教学法相比,在激发学习兴趣、培养独立获取信息能力、增强自主学习能力、提高学习效率、培养独立思考能力方面,占有更大的优势,两组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论在心血管介入医师培训中应用临床路径式教学方法,有利于心血管介入医师独立获取知识、增强临床思维和技能操作的能力。
Objective To investigate the application of physician training in the teaching of clinical pathway involved in Coronary Heart Diseases.Method 40 cases were selected as the research objects from the interventional physician training in Coronary Heart Diseases,were randomly divided into the clinical pathway method teaching group and the conventional path teaching group,comparative analysis of two groups of physicians master degree of coronary vessels,theoretical basis skill operation etc.Result Basic theory knowledge and the skill of operation score in the clinical pathway group were superior to conventional path group,The results were statistically significant(P〈0.05).The clinical pathway teaching method in stimulating the interest of students,enhance the independent thinking,enhance the clinical thinking,improve the learning efficiency,compared with conventional path group,a big advantage,with statistical significance(P〈0.05).Conclusion Interventional application of clinical pathway teaching method in the training of doctors in the Coronary Heart Diseases,is conducive to enhancing the physician's clinical thinking and the ability of skill operation.
