含砜基及桥联结构聚酰亚胺的合成及其性能研究 被引量:1

Synthesis and characterization of polyimide containing sulfuryl group and bridge chain

摘要 以4,4′-二氨基二苯砜(DDS)为二胺单体,3,3′4,4′-二苯酮四羧酸二酐(BTDA)、4,4′-氧双邻苯二甲酸酐(ODPA)分别为二酐单体,制得主链含砜基及桥联结构的聚酰亚胺(PI)模塑粉,考察了结构对PI的性能影响。结果表明,2种PI都具有半结晶聚合物的特性,在氮气中和空气中都具有较好的热稳定性,且熔融温度远低于分解温度。 Polyimides containing sulfuryl group and bridge chain were polymerized via 4,4t-diaminodiphenyi sulfone with two dianhydrides-3,3'4,4'-benzophenonetetracarboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and 4,4'-oxydiphthalic anhydride. The results showed that the polyimides both exhibited semicrystalline character,and the melting temperatures (Tm) were much lower than decomposition temperatures (Td). At the same time,both had excellent thermal stability in N2 and air.
