不同催化剂对碳气凝胶结构及电化学性能的影响

Influence of different catalysts on the structure and electrochemical performance of carbon aerogel

摘要 以抗坏血酸为催化剂、聚氧乙烯-聚氧丙烯-聚氧乙烯(P123)为表面活性剂,间苯三酚、间苯二酚和甲醛为原料,经过溶胶-凝胶、溶剂置换、常压干燥及高温炭化制得碳气凝胶材料。利用N2吸附法和X射线衍射对碳气凝胶的结构进行表征,并评价了其在6mol/L KOH中的电化学性能。结果表明,以抗坏血酸为催化剂制得碳气凝胶比表面积较大,为656.5m2/g;循环伏安及恒流充放电表明,在0~0.8V电位范围内电极材料具有良好的双电层电容和循环稳定性,在0.5A/g电流密度下,比电容为275.0F/g。 Carbon aerogels were prepared by sol-gel process, solvent exchange, ambient pressure drying and high temperature carbonization,from phloroglucinol, resorcinol, formaldehyde as row materials with ascorbic acid and P123 as catalyst and surfactant,respectively. The structure were characterized by surface area analyzer and X-ray diffraction. The effect of KOH ratio on the electrochemical performance was also investigated. The results showed that specific surface area of carbon aerogels which ascorbic acid was as a catalyst were bigger,achieved 656.5m2· g^-1. Carbon aerogel electrode mate- rials had better capacitance characteristic and cyclability in potential range from 0~0. 8 V(SCE) in KOH solution as an electrolyte. The specific capacitance of electrode reached 275.0F·g^-1 at a current density of 0.5A·g^-1.
