摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶法制备了锌-钇抗菌白炭黑,并通过单因素实验分别探究了Zn2+浓度、钇离子浓度及反应时间对锌-钇抗菌白炭黑粒径大小的影响,从而得出此种抗菌材料最佳粒径的制备条件。运用激光粒度分析仪、红外光谱(FT-IR)、X射线衍射(XRD)对产品进行表征;抗菌性能的研究采用涂布平板法,菌种采用大肠杆菌。结果表明:当Zn2+浓度为0.01mol/L、钇离子浓度为0.005mol/L、反应时间为1.5h时,产品分散性较好,粒径小且均一,并且锌-钇抗菌白炭黑对大肠杆菌具有较好的抑菌效果,杀菌率可达到90%以上。FT-IR分析表明添加抗菌离子后,并没有改变载体白炭黑的结构;XRD分析发现锌-钇抗菌白炭黑产品为无定形态。
The zinc-ytterbium inorganic antibacterial materials were prepared by a sol gel method and the single fac- tor experiment was used to determine the preparation conditions of optimal white carbon black particle size. The effect of the zinc ion concentration,the rare earth ions concentration and reaction time on white carbon black particle size was fo- cused. The products were characterized by laser particle size analyzer, FT-IR and XRD. Study used spread plate method, strains using e. coll. The results showed that at 1.5h reaction time, Zn2+ concentration of 0.01mol/L, Ytterbium ion con- centration of 0. 005mol/L,the products had good dispersion, small and uniform particle size, and good antibacterial effects on Eseheriehia coli. The sterilization rate can reach more than 90%. FT-IR results showed that the addition of antibacterial ions didn't change the structure of the carrier of white carbon black, and XRD analysis found that the zinc-antibacterial white carbon black was amorphous.
