摘要
基于当前中国碳排放总量多、碳排放强度偏高和区域能源消费不平衡的现状,本文选取2004—2014年的数据,对中国在时间和空间两个维度上碳减排的驱动因素进行分解,得出碳减排的驱动因素主要有能源强度、能源结构、产业结构三方面,并提出创新开发低碳化生产技术、优化低碳化能源消费结构、调整低碳化产业结构、采用低碳化分区措施四个碳减排路径,以期推动实现低碳经济发展。
The article is based on the more carbon emissions, high carbon intensity, unbalanced regional energy consumption of china actuality, select history data of 2004 ~ 2014 years, for decomposition of the driving factor of carbon emission reductionin in two dimensions of time and space, get the main driving factors of carbon abatement is energy intensityenergy intensity, energy structure, industrial structure , also proposed innovation development low carbon production technology, optimization of low carbon energy consumption structure, adjust the structure of low carbon industry, with low carbonization partition meas- ures of four paths to reduce emissions, expect implementation of low carbon economy development.
