摘要
组织指挥是影响大型灾害事故应急救援效率的关键问题,从分析大型灾害事故应急救援对消防部队组织指挥的影响和要求入手,深入研究了大型灾害事故应急救援中消防部队组织指挥的实施过程,探讨了加强组织指挥应该注意的三个问题,为消防部队执行大型灾害事故应急救援任务的组织指挥问题提供了理论参考。
The organization and command are the key problems of the emergency rescue efficiency of the large-scale disaster accident. This paper analyzes the impact and requirements of the large-scale disaster emergency rescue on the organization and command of fire brigade, deeply studies the implementation process of the organization and command of the fire brigade in the emergency rescue of large-scale disaster, discusses three issues that should be paid attention to in strengthening organization and command and provides theoretical reference for the implementation of the organization and command of the emergency rescue mission of fire brigades.
