基于Witness的手机外壳组装生产线平衡优化与仿真研究

摘要 以某电子厂的组装生产线为例,通过Witness建模仿真分析,并结合生产线平衡的原理、基础工业工程程序分析等生产线平衡方法及Flexible Line Balancing软件,根据已知节拍减少工作站数的原则实现了对各工序的调整。使生产线平衡率由68.74%升高到84.6%,取得了相应的改善效果。也证明,Flexible Line Balancing软件与Witness软件的结合使用,可以有效的解决生产线的平衡问题。 As a case study, this paper addresses the line balancing problem of an electronic manufacturing. According to the principles of if known the beat we can reduce the number of the workstations. We adjust each working procedure by using the Witness simulation the production line combined with the principle of line balancing method, program analysis of basic industrial engineering and the Flexible Line Balancing software. Then, through the pre-equilibrium and equilibrium analysis of relevant parameters, it achieves some improvement, and the production line balancing rate increases from 68.74% to 84.6%. Practice has proved that Flexible Line Balancing combined with the Witness software can effectively solve the balance problem of the production line.
